本文从行政执法人员（证件）到行政法律、法规文档等几方面进行全方位的信息化管理，设计和实现了行政执法人员管理、行政执法资格考试、行政执法法律法规文库、行政案件管理等四大模块组成的行政执法管理系统。

From several aspects of a full range of information management such as the administrative law enforcement staff （credentials）, the administrative laws and regulations document, etc. , this paper design and establish the administrative law enforcement management system with four main modules of administrative law enforcement personnel management, administrative law enforcement qualification examinations, administrative enforcement of laws and regulations library, administrative case management.
