NYP“教学工厂”教育理念对模拟旅行社建设的启示

On the Enlightenment for the Constructing of the Simulative Travel Agency Based on the Education Concept of the NYP＇s ＂Teaching Factory＂

目前，培养高职学生职业能力与素质、与企业实际接轨已成为我国高等职业教育的重点。新加坡作为教育发达国家，具有完备成熟的创新教育体系，重视职业教育，注重公民创新精神与职业能力的培养是其国力强盛的重要原因之一。本文以新加坡南洋理工学院（简称NYP）为例，探讨其先进的“教学217_厂”教育理念对我校旅游管理专业建设模拟旅行社所带来的启示。

Currently, to develop the students＇ professional competence and quality of higher vocational colleges and meet the actual requirements of the enterprises have become the focus of the development of higher vocational education in China. Singapore as a developed country with a comprehensive and mature innovative education system, and the emphasis on vocational education and the cultivation of civic innovative spirit and professional ability is one of the important reasons of its national prosperity. This paper lakes lhe Nanyang Polytechnic （NYP） as an example and introduces its advanced educational ideas of ＂leaching factory＂ and its enlightenment for the constructing of the simulative travel agency in our college.
