摘要
回顾了 2 0世纪 4 0年代以来铸造高温合金发展中的若干重大事件 :叶片以铸代锻 ;真空熔炼技术 ;定向凝固及单晶合金 ;合金成分设计 ;Ni3Al基铸造高温合金 ;合金凝固过程数值模拟 ;细晶铸造。展望了铸造高温合金 2 1世纪的发展 :单晶高温合金仍然是最重要的涡轮叶片材料 ;继续靠工艺的发展挖掘合金潜力 ;发展有希望的替代材料。
A review on the 20th century development history of casting superalloys is presented. Several main events, vacuum melting, directionally solidified and single crystal superalloy, alloy design, Ni 3Al based casting alloys, numerical simulation technique and fine grain casting are described. Furthermore, some prospects on the developments of cast superalloy in the 21th century are proposed.
