摘要
微波辐射下以4,7-菲啰啉-5,6二酮,醛,醋酸铵为原料在醋酸中合成了一系列新型1H-咪唑[4,5-f][4,7]菲啰啉衍生物,并进行了核磁共振1H谱,MS表征,确证了化合物的结构。研究发现1H-咪唑[4,5-f][4,7]菲啰啉衍生物合成的最适温度为120℃,最佳反应时间为15 min。该方法与传统方法相比具有反应时间短,收率高,操作简便等优点。
A series of 1H-imidazophenanthroline derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 4,7-phenanthroline-5,6-dione,aldehyde,and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation and characterized by 1H NMR and MS.The study found that the optimum temperature was 120 ℃,and the optimum reaction time was 15 min.This method had the advantages of shorter reaction time,excellent yield,and simple operation.
