绿色环保型瓶级聚酯(PET)切片的研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用新型的钛系聚酯催化剂S-28,制备出了无重金属的绿色环保型瓶级聚酯(PET)切片,并实现了工业化生产。研究表明,S-28催化剂对酯化和缩聚反应均有较好的促进作用,酯化时间缩短了20~30 min,酯化温度降低了10℃;缩聚时间缩短20 min,反应温度降低12℃。所生产出的瓶级聚酯切片高透明透亮,而且不含锑等重金属,在饮料瓶用聚酯领域具有良好的应用前景。 Green bottle grade PET without heavy metal was synthesized by a novel Ti catalyzer s-28,and also industrialized.The research showed that s-28 can promote the progress at the esterification and polycondensation stages,whose esterification time was shortened by 20~30 min,esterification tempreture decreased by 10 ℃,polycondensation time was shortened by 20 min,polycondensation decreases by 12 ℃. Since the green PET was more transparent and bright,and without heavy metal Sb,so it had good application prospect in beverage packaging.
