摘要
针对高氧气流量SHELL煤气化装置的开工烧咀,西安航天远征设计的一体化开工烧咀,应用原来开工烧咀的安装通道、工艺管线、控制阀门等,自带高能点火器,烧咀火焰稳定、强度高、控制氧油比范围宽、烧咀头部安全性高,点火成功率高等。此一体化开工烧咀的成功应用,为今后的SHELL气化装置节省了大量人力、物力、财力,具有很广阔的应用前景。
The design of high oxygen flow rate start-up burner which attach to the Shell coal gasification plant,Xi'an Aerospace expeditionary design integration start-up burner,application of the original start-up burner mounting channel,process pipings,control valves,etc,with high energy ignition,the flame stability,high strength,flame control oxygen/oil ratio range was more wider,the burner head high safety,and high ignition success rate.This integration start-up burner applied successfully and provided a new idea for the future SHELL gasification plant to save a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and had very broad application prospects.
