云南白药胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎腹痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao capsules treatment for ulcerative colitis with abdominal pain

目的观察云南白药胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎腹痛的疗效。方法将70例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照随机原则分为观察组(34例)和对照组(36例),对照组患者口服安洁莎(5-氨基水杨酸肠溶片),观察组在对照组基础上加用云南白药胶囊,口服。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率及治愈率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组腹痛的消除时间显著少于对照组,P<0.05。结论云南白药胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能够有效提高临床有效率并且能缩短患者腹痛时间,安全可行,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao capsules treatment for ulcerative colitis with abdominal pain.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into observation group（34 cases） and control group（36 cases）.Control group patients were given soral angela lufthansa（5-amino salicylic acid enteric-coated tablets） for treatment.On the ba sis of control group＇s treatment,observation group were given Yunnan Baiyao capsules for treatment.Results Total efficiency of treatment and the cure rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）;abdominal pain elimination time of observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao capsule treatment for ulcerative colitis,can effectively improve clinical efficiency and shorten time of ab dominal pain,is safe and feasible,worthy of promotion.
