甘露醇在前列腺电切综合征预防中的效果观察

Effect observation of Mannitol in prevention of transurethral resection syndrome

目的探讨甘露醇在预防前列腺电切综合征中的应用。方法回顾分析144例经尿道前列腺手术患者的资料,对比冲洗液为5%甘露醇注射液、冲洗液为5%葡萄糖液以及冲洗液为5%葡萄糖液并在手术中静脉滴注3.33%氯化钠溶液3组手术中前列腺电切综合征的发生情况。结果采用甘露醇注射液和葡萄糖并用氯化钠溶液组无前列腺电切综合征发生,采用葡萄糖注射液组则有前列腺电切综合征发生。结论甘露醇注射液可应用于经尿道前列腺手术中,预防电切综合征发生。

Objective To explore the application of Mannitiol in prevention of transurethral resection syndrome（TURS）.Methods Data of 144 patients underwent transurethral resection of the prostate were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into three groups according to different treatment ways：5% Mannitol Injection as flushing liquor,5% Glucose Injection as flushing liquor,and 5% Glucose Injection as flushing liquor combined with intravenous drip 3.33% NaCl solution during surgery.Then the incidence of TURS was compared among the three groups.Results There was no incidence of TURS in Mannitol Injection group and Glucose Injection combined with NaCl solution group,while there was incidence of TURS in Glucose Injection group.Conclusion Mannitol Injection can be used in transurethral resection of the prostate,and prevent the incidence of TURS.
