布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of children acute capillary bronchitis

目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将本院收治的106例急性毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各53例,对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为98.11%,对照组为73.58%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的住院时间为(5.5±1.4)d,对照组为(10.1±1.5)d,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可提高小儿急性毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效,缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of children acute capillary bronchitis.Methods One hundred and six cases of acute children with bronchiolitis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 53 cases,the control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group with budesonide atomization inhalation therapy,the patients＇ clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group of patients with the total effective rate was 98.11%,the control group was 73.58%,the comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）;The treatment group of patients in hospital time was（5.5 ±1.4） d,the control group was（10.1±1.5） d,comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide atomization inhalation therapy can improve the children acute bronchiolitis with clinical curative effect,shorter the hospital stay,it is worth popularizing.
