中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

Clinical research on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将本院门诊部2009年1月～2012年8月收治的76例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予中医辅助治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为73.1%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效显著,优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Seventy six patients with confirmed psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital were divided into two groups（treatment group and control group）.Western medicine was given to all of the patients,while traditional Chinese medicine was given to the treatment groups additional.Clinical efficacy of the two groups were cintrated and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 73.1% in the control group.The difference was statistically signif icant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is more effective than western medicine,which is worthy of application in clinic.
