产后出血的抢救及护理

Rescue and nursing of postpartum hemorrhage

目的总结产后出血的预防、抢救及护理措施。方法对2010年1月～2012年8月本科住院患者中发生的5例产后出血患者的抢救及护理措施进行分析。结果对本院5例因子宫收缩乏力导致产后出血的患者实施了有效的抢救及精心护理,挽救了患者的生命,均痊愈出院。结论在临床上对产妇实施正确的抢救及护理措施,能减轻产妇的痛苦,预防并发症的发生,并且能降低由于产后出血引起的产妇死亡率。

Objective To summarize the prevention,rescue and nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The rescue and nursing measures of 5 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 were analyzed.Results Five cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in our hospital were given effective rescue and careful nursing,and the lives of patients were saved,and they were all discharged from hospital after recovery.Conclusion The correct rescue and nursing measures for puerpera in clinic can reduce their pain,prevent the occurrence of complications,and decrease the mortality of puerpera caused by postpartum hemorrhage.
