摘要
目的探究对心肌梗死患者行连续护理对出院后生活质量的影响程度。方法选取本院2009年5月～2010年12月心肌梗死患者共140例,按随机数字表将其分为连续组、常规组各70例,并对临床资料行比较分析。结果两组患者在SF-36生活质量量表各观察指标及并发症发生率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者行出院后连续护理,可显著改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing for the quality of life in myocardial infarction patients after discharging from hosipatal.Methods One hundred and forty cases of myocardial infarction patients in our department from May 2009 to December 2010 were selected and randomly divided into continuous group and control group（70 cases in each group） and the clinical data was analyzed.Results The differences of observation index of SF-36 quality of life scale,incidence rate of complication between two groups were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous nursing can significantly improve the quality of life for acute myocardial infarction patients after discharging from hospital,and it is worthy of clinical application.
