摘要
目的探讨外来手术器械纳入消毒供应室进行规范清洗消毒管理的效果。方法选择本院2011年6月~2012年6月手术室使用的外来手术器械包100件,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组50件手术器械在手术室进行清洗、包装后统一送到消毒供应室进行灭菌;研究组50件手术器械直接纳入消毒供应室管理,清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌都在消毒供应室按规范流程进行。观察两组清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量。结果研究组清洗质量合格率为94.0%,包装质量合格率为98.0%,灭菌质量合格率为100.0%,上述指标均明显高于对照组(70%、64%、90%),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外来手术器械纳入消毒供应室规范化管理可以有效提高其清洗、灭菌效果,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the cleaning and disinfection management effect of foreign surgical instruments joining in standardized management of disinfecting supply division. Methods One hundred pieces of foreign surgical instruments package used in the operating room of our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 50 pieces of surgical instruments in control group were sent to disinfecting supply division for disinfection after cleaning and packaging in the operating room; 50 pieces of surgical instruments in study group were directly sent to disinfecting supply division for cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization. The cleaning quality, quality of packaging, sterilization quality of two groups were observed. Results The clean quality pass rate of study group was 94.0%, packaging quality pass rate was 98.0%, sterilization quality pass rate was 100.0%, the above parameters were significantly higher than that of control group (70%, 64%, 90%), the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Foreign surgical instruments joining in standardized management can effectively improve its cleaning and sterilization effect, it is worthy of application.
