人性化护理缓解剖宫产焦虑抑郁情况的效果分析

The effects analysis of humane care to ease the cesarean anxiety depression situation

目的探讨人性化护理缓解剖宫产焦虑抑郁情况的效果。方法将120例剖宫产初产妇根据护理方法的不同分为研究组与对照组各60例,所有剖宫产手术患者均接受围术期常规护理,研究组同时给予积极的人性化护理。结果两组护理前SAS与SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组的SDS与SAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后研究组疼痛得分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理对缓解产妇的焦虑抑郁情绪有积极的作用,同时也有利于缓解疼痛状况,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of humane care to ease the cesarean anxiety depression situation.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of cesarean section primiparaes were divided into study group and control group with 60 cases in each group according to different methods of care,all the cesarean surgery patients were given perioperative rou tine care,study group were given the positive humane care.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not statistically different before care（P 〈0.05）,the SDS and SAS scores were lower than that of control group after care（P 〈0.05）.After the care,the pain scores in study group was significantly less than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Humane care can alleviate maternal anxiety and depression,it has a positive effect,but also help alleviate the pain conditions,it is worthy of clinical application.
