有效护理对急诊手术患者心理健康状况的影响

Impact of effective nursing on mental health status of patients underwent emergency surgery

目的了解急诊科患者实施护理干预后的心理状况,探寻有效的护理措施以改善患者在急诊科就诊时的心理状况。方法选取47例在急诊科就诊的患者并在患者就医的过程中实施护理干预。结果患者在护理干预前后的心理健康状况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护理人员在以后的护理工作中要合理应用护理干预以改善患者的心理健康状况。

Objective To understand the psychological status of patients in the emergency department after nursing intervention and to explore effective care measures to improve the psychological status of patients when receiving emergency treatment.Methods Forty-seven cases of patients who were treated in emergency department were selected and the nursing interventions were implemented in the process of medical treatment.Results Mental health status of the patients were differ ent before and after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing personnel in emergency department should make a appropriate use of nursing intervention to improve mental health status of the patients.
