摘要
目的探讨专职护理小组对行鼻内镜手术的151例患者的围术期护理方法及经验。方法对鼻内镜手术专职护理小组在鼻内镜手术术前、术中、术后实施的专职护理方法进行总结。结果经专职护理小组成员密切护理配合,151例手术效果满意,患者感觉良好,无严重并发症发生。结论专职护理小组熟悉鼻内镜手术的方法,术前准备充分,术中配合熟练,术后精心护理并密切观察病情变化,对保证手术的临床效果很有价值。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience and method of 151 cases of patients underwent nasal endoscopic surgery by professional nursing team.Methods The professional nursing methods which was carried out on preoperative,perioperative,and postoperative nasal endoscopic surgery by professional nursing team was summarized.Results One hundred and fifty-one cases achieved satisfactory effect through the close cooperation of professional nursing team.All patients felt good and without severe complication.Conclusion The professional nursing team is familiar with the method of nasal endoscopic surgery,which is valuable to ensure operative effect by preoperative sufficient preparation,perioperative skilled cooperation,postoperative careful nursing and closely observation.
