Drug use error is the most common medical institutions for patients health hazards but also can avoid the rea son.The author make a description to basic two first class hospital drug use error prevention management,in order to find a suitable for primary hospitals error prevention management mode.It is found to strengthen high-risk drug in all links of the management,can avoid errors.Strengthening the training of clinical pharmacists,can further ensure the clinical safety of the medication.
