手术室护士对血源性感染危害因素的预防措施

Prevention measures for hematogenous infection hazard factors of nurses in operating room

目的使手术室护士充分意识到血源性感染的危害性,提高其预防意识。方法回顾性分析本院近年手术科室护士血源性感染预防情况,从血源性感染的危害、发生原因及防护措施3个方面对其进行分析。结果 3个月内54名护士中,接触到污染源32名(59.2%),受伤后严格采取防护措施,正确处理伤口50名(92.6%)。结论做好临床防护工作,对减少手术室护士出现血源性感染具有重要临床意义。

Objective To improve awareness of hematogenous infection hazard and prevention measures of nurses in operating room.Methods Hematogenous infection of nurses in operating room in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed in recent years.Hematogenous infection hazards,causes and protective measures were analyzed.Results There were 32 nurses（59.2%） who exposure to pollution source in 54 cases of nurses in three months.There were 50 nurses（92.6%）who can take strict protective measures and handle the wound with the right method.Conclusion Prevention of hematogenous infection has important clinical significance,which can reduce the appearance of hematogenous infection.
