98例死胎原因分析及预防

Cause analysis and precaution of 98 cases of stillbirth

目的探讨死胎的原因,提出预防对策,降低围生儿的死亡率。方法回顾性分析98例死胎病例的孕妇情况及死胎原因,计算各因素的构成比。结果死胎发生在28～33周最多,占44.9%;死胎原因以母体因素最多,占56.1%,其次为脐带因素、胎盘因素和胎儿因素,分别占33.6%,20.4%,18.3%。结论重视孕期宣教,定期产前检查,对高危孕妇重点监护,早期筛查严重遗传病及畸形,积极处理妊娠合并症和并发症,适时终止妊娠,以减少宫内死胎,降低围生儿死亡率。

Objective To probe into the cause of stillbirth and propose the precautions for decreasing the mortality rate of perinatal fetus.Methods Pregnant women state related to 98 cases of stillbirth and stillbirth cause were analyzed retrospectively and the constituent ratio of all factors were calculated.Results It was the most common for stillbirth to happen in 28-33 weeks,accounted for 44.9%;maternal factors were the most common causes for stillbirth,accounted for 56.1%.It was followed by umbilical cord factors,placental factors and fetal factors,accounted for 33.6%,20.4% and 18.3% respec tively.Conclusion We should pay more attention to pregnancy missionary,make prenatal examination periodically and intensive guardianship of high risk pregnant women.And we must screen serious genetic diseases and abnormality in early stage,treat pregnancy comorbidity and complications positively and terminate pregnancy in proper time,in order to de crease stillbirth and the mortality rate of perinatal fetus.
