不同年龄段股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗疗效对比

The efficacy comparison of surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of different ages

目的探讨不同年龄段股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗疗效。方法股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例(老年人48例,成年人32例)都采用股骨近端锁定型钢板内固定治疗。结果所有患者手术切口均一期愈合,住院期间无死亡病例,两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),成年组骨折愈合时间明显短于老年组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,成年组Harris评分明显高于老年组(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者由于机体老化,手术治疗的效果一般差于成年人,但是积极掌握手术适应证也能取得较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of different ages.Methods Eighty cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture（48 cases of elderly group and 32 cases of adult group） were selected,and they were given the proximal femoral locking plate fixation treatment.Results All the patients were healed and with no deaths during hospitalization,the surgical time between the two groups had no significant difference（P 〈0.05）,but the fracture healing time of the adult group were significantly shorter than the elderly group（P 〈0.05）.Followed up for 3 months,the Harris score of the adult group was significantly higher than that of the elderly group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is generally worse than adults due to the aging,but actively master the indications for surgery can achieve better results.
