慢性鼻窦炎与鼻部解剖异常的相关性研究

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎与鼻部解剖异常的相关性。方法选取本院2009年12月～2011年12月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者132例为观察组,选取同期该科室非慢性鼻窦炎患者120例为对照组,分别行CT扫描和鼻内镜检查,分析慢性鼻窦炎与鼻部解剖异常的相关性。结果观察组钩突异常、鼻中隔严重偏曲、中鼻甲异常、鼻筛泡过度肥大、鼻眶下有气房、鼻丘过度气化的发生率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组上颌窦发育不良的发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。慢性鼻窦炎与钩突异常、鼻中隔严重偏曲、中鼻甲异常、鼻筛泡过度肥大、鼻眶下有气房、鼻丘过度气化具有一定的正相关性。结论慢性鼻窦炎的发生常伴有鼻部解剖异常改变,钩突异常、鼻中隔严重偏曲、中鼻甲异常、鼻筛泡过度肥大、鼻眶下有气房、鼻丘过度气化均是启动慢性鼻窦炎发生的关键因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation research on chronic sinusitis and nasal anatomic abnormality. Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with chronic sinusitis were selected in the hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 as the observation group. 120 patients with non chronic sinusitis were selected in the hospital at the same period as the control group. All patients performed CT scanning and endoscopic examination. Correlation between chronic sinusitis and nasal anatomic abnormalit were analysised. Results The uncinate process abnormalities, nasal septum deviation, severely abnormal middle turbinate, nasal ethmoidal bulla hypertrophy, nasal orbital gas room, nose hill excessive pneumatization of the occurrence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The maxillary sinus hypoplasia occurrence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. Chronic sinusitis had certain positive correlation with uncinate process abnormal, nasal septum deviation, severely abnormal middle turbinate, nasal ethmoidal bulla hypertrophy, nasal orbital gas room, nose hill excessive gasification. Conclusion The occurrence of chronic sinusitis is often accompanied by nasal anatomic abnormality. The uncinate process, serious deviation of nasal septum abnormalities, abnormal middle turbinate, nasal ethmoidal bulla hypertrophy, nasal orbital gas room, nose hill excessive gasification are starting the key factors of chronic sinusitis.
