护理干预对改善血浆置换重症肝炎患者生活质量的作用

The role of nursing intervention for the improvement of the life quality of severe hepatitis patients treated with plasmapheresis

目的探讨护理干预对血浆置换重症肝炎患者生活质量的改善作用。方法将本院2009年9月～2011年11月收治的76例血浆置换重症肝炎患者随机均分为两组,常规组行常规护理,护理组进行优质护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量的改善情况。结果护理组患者GLQZ测评总得分及各分项得分均显著高于常规组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质的护理干预可极大提高血浆置换重症肝炎患者的生活质量,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention for the improvement of the life quality of severe hepatitis patients treated with plasmapheresis. Methods Seventy six cases of severe hepatitis patients treated with plasmapheresis admitted to our hospital from September 2009 to November 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional group was given routine care, the care group was given quality care intervention, the improvement of the quality of life of two groups was compared. Results The total score of GLQZ evaluation and sub-scores of care group were significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion Quality care intervention can greatly improve the life quality of severe hepatitis patients treated with plasmapheresis, worthy of promotion and application in clinical care.
