摘要
目的观察实施KABP模式进行健康教育前后高血压病患者心理健康水平的变化。方法将100例患者作为被试对象,均于来院就诊或住院治疗的第1天,在基本检查治疗的基础上,采用症状自评量表对患者的心理健康状况进行评估,然后由责任护士采用KABP模式进行健康教育。主要实施步骤包括:评估、提供相关的知识、树立良好信念、健康行为训练。该模式实施时间共3个月,3个月后采用症状自评量表对患者的心理健康状况重复施测。观察健康教育前后变化。结果采用KABP模式健康教育前后,患者的心理健康各因子得分均明显降低,除强迫、精神病性、恐惧因子得分具差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余各因子得分差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用KABP模式进行健康教育可以有效地提高高血压病患者的心理健康水平。
Objective To observe the mental health level changes of hypertensive patients before and after KABP mode health education. Methods One hundred patients were selected as test objects, all patients were given symptom checklist test to assess the patient's mental health status on the basis of basic examination and treatment on the first day of the hospitalization, and then given KABP mode health education by the responsible nurses. The main implementation steps include: assessment, provide relevant knowledge to establish a good belief, healthy behavior training. The mode implementation time was 3 months, mental health of patients were measured after three months by symptom checklist, mental health changes before and after health education were observed. Results After KABP mode health education, the mental health factor scores of patients were significantly lower, addition to obsessive-compulsive, psychotic, fear factor score with significant difference(P 0.05), the rest factor score with very significant difference(P 0.01). Conclusion Using the KABP mode health education can effectively improve the level of mental health in hypertensive patients.
