对母婴分离产妇实施早期干预的护理体会

Experience of early nursing intervention on maternal separated puerpera

目的研究对母婴分离产妇实施早期干预的效果观察。方法选择在本科VIP区分娩的母婴分离产妇,随机分为给予早期干预的观察组和给予常规治疗护理的对照组,观察抑郁、焦虑情绪、乳汁分泌量及乳房肿胀发生例数、24h产后出血量、母乳喂养成功例数。结果观察组分娩后HAMD评分、HAMA评分、乳房肿胀例数、24h产后出血量,均明显低于对照组;产后24、48、72h乳汁量、母乳喂养成功例数明显高于对照组。结论对母婴分离产妇实施早期干预能够缓解产妇的紧张焦虑情绪、促进乳汁分泌、减少乳房肿胀的发生例数,预防产后出血,有效提高母乳喂养成功率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on maternal separated puerpera. Methods Puerpera in VIP department were collected and randomly divided into the observation group （given early intervention） and the control group （given routine treatment and nursing）. Then depression and anxiety emotions, milk secretion volume, breast swelling cases, breastfeeding success cases and postpartum hemorrhage were observed. Results HAMD and HAMA score, breast swelling cases and postpartum hemorrhage of observation group were significantly lower than control group, milk volume and breastfeeding success cases of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Early intervention which can alleviate negative emotions, promoting milk discharge, reduce breast swelling, prevent postpartum hemorrhage, improve the success rate of breastfeeding, and it has positive clinical significance.
