加强病案室专业化建设方面的思考

Some thinking associated with the strengthen computerization of medical file office in hospitals

当前,随着传统纸质医案文件逐渐被计算机支持的电子文件所取代,病案管理在理论基础、管理模式、实施方法以及服务目标方面都正在发生着巨大的变化,随之也就对医案室建设提出了一系列新问题。本文结合本院实践,就其中一些问题进行了分析讨论。

Nowadays, the medical record management of theoretical basis, management mode, executive procedure and service target are experiencing a radical revolution with the traditional physical paper record documents replaced by the computer-supported electronic document gradually, and thus some new requirements for the medical file office configuration have been put forward. This paper gives some discussion on this topic combined with the practice of our hospital.
