我院2011年住院患者麻醉药品和一类精神药品使用情况分析

Use situation analysis of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in inpatients of our hospital in 2011

目的调查分析本院2011年住院患者麻醉药品和一类精神药品的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法利用医院His系统统计本院2011年住院患者麻醉药品和一类精神药品的用药数量、用药频率、药物利用指数等,分析临床用药情况。结果本院麻醉药品和一类精神药品的DUI值<1。结论本院麻醉药品和一类精神药品使用合理。

Objective To probe into the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the inpatients of our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Methods The HIS system was used to statistically analyzed about dosage, defined daily dose system （DDDs）, drug utilization index （DUI） of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, etc. and the clinical medication situation was analyzed. Results The DUI of narcotics and psychotropic substances was less than 1. Conclusion The use of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances is rational in our hospital.
