真菌性鼻窦炎CT与临床诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的CT与临床诊断。方法分析60例真菌性鼻窦炎患者内镜鼻窦手术结果与CT诊断的符合率。结果 60例患者内镜鼻窦手术结果显示与CT所测量5组数据的符合率分别为:筛窦横径为96%,鼻尖到前颅底为100%,鼻尖到中鼻甲基板为85%,鼻尖到蝶窦前壁为98%,鼻尖到视神经孔为95%。结论鼻窦炎以单侧发病较多见,在扫描中呈现出高密度影,其CT诊断率非常高,对手术方案的制订和实施具有指导作用,是医院诊断真菌性鼻窦炎最主要的影像学方法。
