丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效观察

Effect of Dan'e Fukang Jiangao extract in treating endometriosis

目的观察丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法 62例子宫内膜异位症患者按数字表法分为对照组和试验组各31例,对照组给予八珍益母片口服;治疗组给予丹莪妇康煎膏口服,2组均服用3个月经周期后观察比较临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者疼痛缓解情况比较,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05),试验组疼痛状况改善较好。结论丹莪妇康煎膏能显著减轻子宫内膜异位症患者的疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dan＇e fukang jiangao in the the treatment of endometriosis.Method A total of 62 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into control group（31 cases） and experiment one（31 cases）.The control group was treated by Bazhen Yimu Pian,while the experimental group was treated by Dan＇ e fukang jiangao.The clinical efficacy after three menstrual cycles were observed and compared.Results There were no significantly statistical differences between the effects of the two groups after treatment,（P0.05）.There were conspicuously statistical differences in pain relief between the two groups（P0.05）.The amelioration of pain in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control one.Conclusion It was the Dan＇ e fukang jiangao that could remarkably mitigate the pain of patients with endometriosis.
