摘要
"双师型"教师的质量建设已成为高职院校教师队伍建设的当务之急。目前高职院校的"双师型"教师队伍存在结构不尽合理、素质有待提高等问题。要进一步提升"双师型"教师队伍的素质,就需要高职院校加强对"双师型"教师参与行业、企业实践的自觉性的培养,建立、完善激励鞭策机制,需要政府主管部门对高职院校从行业、企业引进人才给予进编政策上的倾斜。
The construction of "double-qualified" teacher's quality has been a top priority in the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Currently, in higher vocational colleges, the structure of the "double-qualified" teacher team is not reasonable and the quality needs to be improved. To further enhance the quality of the "double qualification" teacher team, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the consciousness on the "double-qualified" teachers' participating in the practice in the industry and business. The incentive motivation mechanism should be improved. The government authorities should have more policies to guarantee the entrance of the public institution when higher vocational colleges take in talents from enterprises.
