摘要
大学新生入学教育满意度低是一个不争的事实。大学生参与程度低、对新生辅导和服务力度不够和缺乏有效的考核评价制度,是造成入学教育满意度不高的主要原因。因此,认识和把握大学新生的内在需求和发展规律,加大大学生参与程度、加强以人为本的优质服务意识,建立、完善一套科学、合理的考核评价制度,是提升大学入学教育满意度的有效途径。
The low satisfaction level of freshmen education is an indisputable fact. The main causes are low level of participation, and the lack of guidance and effective appraisal system. Therefore, understanding the freshmen's internal demands and the development rules, enhancing their participation, strengthening the awareness of people-oriented services, establishing a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation systems are effective approaches to solve the problem.
