摘要 针对我国南方丘陵山区缺乏适宜施药机具的问题,设计了基于适宜丘陵山区的8PQ200-3.8型移动式机动喷雾车。该型喷雾车的设计是利用三维机械设计软件进行优化设计,整机由即时混药动力系统和喷雾车系统两部分组成,两系统分开设置且能单独移动,通过高压软管把两个系统连接为一体,能够满足丘陵山区不同农作物、果树苗木即时混药喷施的病虫害防治功能。样机经田间试验表明,能极大地节省人工,降低劳动强度和作业成本,生产效益和经济效益明显。 Aiming at the lack of appropriate southern hills and mountains spraying machine, based on the appropriate design of hills and mountains 8PQ200-3.8type portable mobile spray car. This type of spray ear design is to use 3 d mechanical design software to optimize design, the whole machine consists of instant mixed medicine power system and spray car system of two parts, and two separate system Settings and can separate move, through the high pressure hose connection the two system as a whole, and can satisfy the hilly and mountainous different crops, fruit tree seedlings instant mixed medicine spraying of pest control function. The field experiments showed that can greatly save artificial, reduce labor intensity and cost, the production efficiency and the economic efficiency obviously.
