摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取东阳西垣香榧的新鲜外种皮中的挥发油,总提取率为6.8%。并以气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其成分进行分析,从中分离出42个色谱峰,鉴定出了30种成分。相对含量超过l%以上的组分有11种,占总含量的90.46%,分别是柠檬烯39.38%,1R-α-蒎烯31.61%,β-水芹烯5.13%,(1S-顺)-1,2,3,5,6,8a-六氢-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-萘4.00%,大牻牛尔烯3.73%,β-蒎烯2.40%,茨烯2.11%,反-β-金合欢烯1.82%,异松油烯1.47%,可巴烯1.28%,2-异丙基-5-甲基-9-亚甲基-二环[4,4,0]-1-癸烯1.26%。其中柠檬烯和α-蒎烯含量较文献报道高,实验为东阳西垣香榧外种皮的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
The volatile oils were extracted from the episperm of Chinese Torreya by steam distillation and the oil yielding rate was 6.8%. GC-MS method was adopted to separate and identify the chemical components. About 42 peaks have been separated and 30 compounds have beed identified. And the compounds that the relative contents were more than 1% were About 11 compounds, which accounted for 90.46%. The main components were Limonene (39.38%) and α-Pinene (31.61%). Other relative contents were 13-Phellandrene (5.13 %), 1,2,3,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl- 1 -(1 -methylethyl) -, (1S-cis)- Naphthalene (4.00%), Germacrene (3.73%), β-Pinene (2.40%), eamphene (2.11%), Trans- β-Farnesene (1.82%), Cyclohexene(1.47%), Copaene(1.28%) and Bicyclo[4,4,0]dec-1-ene,2-isopropyl- 5-methyl-9-methylene (1.26%). The experiment provided scientific basis for better development and utilization of the episperm of Chinese Torreya.
