摘要
玻璃纤维 GF和碳纤维 CF混杂复合材料中两种纤维对阻尼性能和力学性能的作用和贡献是不同的 ,混杂纤维种类、方式、含量的选择与设计对兼顾最终复合材料的力学性能和阻尼性能是起决定性的。通过复合材料的设计 ,利用阻尼复合材料制备的螺旋桨比金属螺旋桨显示出更好的抑制振动的能力 ,可以研制出满足条件的复合材料制品。
WT5BZ]The damping measurement of composite materials indicates that glass fiber (GF) and carbon fiber (CF) in hybrid composites have reverse contribution to the ultimate mechanical and the damping properties It shows that a balance between the modulus and the damping factor can be reached by careful selection of the resin matrix and fiber category, fiber volume and hybrid layer design The paper provides the information about the possible application of composite materials to the low noise and lightweight propeller, whose actual mechanical and damping requirements can be satisfied rigorously through proper material design
