CONVERSION METHOD OF EQUIVALENT LOAD FOR PRE-FATIGUE TEST OF No.58 TITANIUM FRAME

全尺寸钛合金第 58框疲劳试验系大规模复杂试验 ,需要简单模拟试件的预备试验来发现全尺寸疲劳试验中可能出现的问题。由全尺寸框向模拟试件简化过程中 ,遇到复合载荷工况 ,而这种复合载荷不适合在疲劳机上进行加速试验。提出了一种满足疲劳寿命等效要求的当量载荷处理方法 ,并得到试验验证。

The fatigue tests of full scale No.58 titanium frame were large scale and very complicated. Pre fatigue tests of simple simulative specimens were needed in order to find problems which may exist in the full scale tests. The combined load cases were encountered which were not suited for working of fatigue machine during simplification of simulative specimens which were simplified from the full scale titanium frame. This paper presents a conversion method of an equivalent load which can meet the needs of equivalent fatigue life, and the method has been verified by test results.
