摘要
研究了硅酸铝短纤维增强ZL109复合材料的时效行为及滑动磨损性能。时效处理提高了该复合材料的强度和硬度,减少了复合材料的粘着磨损,降低了摩擦系数,从而提高了复合材料的耐磨性。硅酸铝短纤维对复合材料的时效过程有重要促进作用,纤维含量越高,复合材料获得最佳耐磨性的时效温度越低,时间越短。
