摘要 探讨蛋白质摄入量对四氧化二氮 (N2 O4)致肺水肿时心钠素的影响。方法Wistar大鼠在不同蛋白质营养状况下 ,吸入N2 O4致中毒性急性肺水肿时 ,观察心钠素的变化。结果中毒后 ,血浆心钠素水平显著升高 ,肺组织心钠素含量显著降低 ,当蛋白质摄入量增大时 ,中毒大鼠心钠素的改变相对较轻。结论提示蛋白质对N2 O4中毒性肺水肿有保护作用。 Objective To observe the effects of protein intake on atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) lead in pulmonary edema caused by N 2O 4. Method Wistar rats fed with diet containing 17% or 27% protein were exposed to air with N 2O 4 (352±21 mg/m 3) for 0.5 hour,blood plasma and lung tissue were collected and analyzed for ANP. Result The plasma ANP and the lung ANP were increased and the lung ANP was decreased.The change of ANP was less in rats fed with a protein supplemented diet. Condusion It showed that protein has a beneficial effects on intoxication pulmonary edema.
