Review on Relationship between Open Innovation and Competitive Advantage of Enterprise

摘要从开放式创新的概念、动因及模式出发,对开放式创新与企业竞争优势间关系的理论研究、实证研究进行述评,并指出现有研究对管理实践的启示、存在的不足以及未来的研究方向。 To start with the concept,mode and motivation of open innovation,this paper reviews the theoretical study and empirical research on the relationship between open innovation and enterprise competitive advantage,and then points out that the deficiency of the existing research,the enlightenment for management practice and the future research directions.
