对广州市社区教育发展的几点思考

Thought on the Development of Community Education in Guangzhou

在总结广州市社区教育发展的几个突出特点的基础上,提出了对广州市社区教育发展的三点思考:一是从社区教育理念、组织管理、队伍建设等方面提升社区教育发展的高度;二是从发挥社区百姓的主体性、培育社会性等方面拓展社区教育发展的广度;三是从资源整合、机构建设、信息化建设等方面深化社区教育发展的深度。

After summarizing several significant features of community education in Guangzhou, three thinking directions are put forward： first, to promote the developing height of community education from aspects of ideal, organizing and team building, etc; second, to broaden the developing width of community education from aspects of encouraging the subjectivity of community attendants, educating their sociality, etc; third, to deepen the developing depth of community education from aspects of resource integrating, sectors building, information construction, etc.
