摘要
用有限元法对弹簧锁片进行结构分析 ,根据弹簧锁片在不同载荷与工况下的变形、应力分布 ,可以了解其强度与刚度 ,并很好地解释了冷试时弹簧锁片折断的现象。本文的分析对延伸喷管锁紧机构的设计具有应用价值。
Structural analysis was done to spring locking pieces by means of finite element method.According to the results of displacement and stress distribution under different circumstances,the strength and rigidity of spring locking pieces are well known and the rupture phenomena in cold deployment test is well interpreted.The depiction of this paper is available to the design of locking mechanism of extendible nozzle.
