广州三元里城中村社区管理的思考

城中村的逐步改造在城市化发展中已经是政府的重要工作,城中村改制以及创新社区管理成为当前街道社区管理的重要内容。社区管理的目的是促进社区经济的发展,满足社区居民的物质和精神文化生活需要,全面提高社区居民的生活质量和社区居民的素质。文章就广州三元里城中村改制的现状、特色以及社区管理提出建议与思考。

The reform of villages within the city has become an important part of government＇ s work in the development of urbanization. The main work of community management in the street is to reform villages within the city and to innovate community management. Community management aims at promoting the development of community economy, satisfying community citizens＇ material and spiritual needs, and bettering community citizens＇ life quality. Suggestions to the present situation, features and community management are also put forward in this paper.
