摘要
对三种炭纤维和三种酚醛树脂进行了六种二维层合炭 /炭复合材料研制 ,测试了层间剪切强度和拉伸强度。 TCF/ FB体系、RCF/ RPh体系所制备的二维 C/ C具有较高的层间剪切强度和拉伸强度 ,层间剪切强度在 1 6MPa以上。分析表明 ,二维炭 /炭中纤维 -树脂体系存在一个最佳配合问题 ;纤维表面的官能团比表面粗糙度在界面连接上起更重要的作用 ;
Six kinds of two dimensional laminated C/C composites were fabricated with 3 groups of carbon fibers and 3 groups of phenolic resins,their interlaminar shear strength(ILSS) and tensile strength were tested.Two dimensional C/C composites from TCF/FB and RCF/RPh behave higher ILSS and tensile strength.The ILSS is above 16MPa.There exists a optimum matching between fibers and resins.Functional groups on fiber surface other than fiber surface roughness play a more important role in interface bonding.Resin structure is another principle of choice for 2D C/C.
