摘要
对近10年国内荷移分光光度方法在药物分析方面的相关报导按照电子受体进行了归纳和总结,包括吸收波长、摩尔吸光系数、线性范围、回收率等参数。进一步对荷移分光光度分析法在药物分析中的发展进行了展望。
The development of spectrophotometric determination by charge-transfer reaction over the period from 2001 to 2011 in China was reviewed.The indicator reaction,the absorption wave length,the Moore absorption coefficient,the linear range and recovery of the method were referred to in this paper.Finally,the development trends and perspectives for application of the spectrophotometric determination by charge-transfer reaction in the future were also discussed.
