摘要 分析了X射线检测原理及其成像系统装置,阐述了状态检修的概念、开关设备状态检修的要求和手段,研究了X射线成像检测技术对多个开关设备的检测效果。该技术能够准确获取设备内部状态信息,便于分析内部缺陷机理,为制定合理的检修策略提供依据。 This paper presents the X-ray imaging device and analyzes the detection theory of X-ray. The concept of condition- based maintenance and the requirement and means of condition-based maintenance for switch devices are illustrated. The effects of X-ray imaging detecting technology on multi-switch devices are studied. Through the technology, the state information inside the device can be obtained accurately, which is convenient for analyzing the internal defects and providing foundation for formulating reasonable maintenance strategies.
