摘要
针对超超临界机组主蒸汽管道用大径厚壁新型铁素体SA335-P92管道焊接技术进行试验研究,从多次SA335-P92管道的焊接工艺试验中总结出焊接参数、焊后热处理关键技术,指出了SA335-P92管道焊接及焊后热处理质量控制措施,为工程实践中应用提供技术支持。
The technique of pipe welding used in the main steam pipe of ultra-supercritical units adopts large diameter ferrite SA335 - P92 pipe with thick walls. Based on repeated pipe welding experiments, the welding parameter and post-welding heat treatment technology are summed up, and the quality controlling measures after heat treatment are pointed out, which offers technical support for the application of the welding technology.
