网络环境下高校大学生党建工作创新研究——党员成长记录袋的应用

本研究借助上海市教卫党委网上易班平台,将党员成长记录与网络平台结合,开展党员成长记录研究,指导党员定期书写、反思、记录成长进步点滴,培养党员自我监控、自我反思和自我诊断能力。

This paper elaborates on how we combine Party members＇ growth record with network plat form E-class opened by the Party Committee of Shanghai Education and Public Health Office. Recording their growth by instructing them to regularly put down their progress and retrospection can effectively improve the members＇ self- monitoring, self- reflection and self-diagnosis.
