乡镇副科级干部心理健康状况的调查与分析

Mental Health Investigation and Analysis of the Township Deputy Section Level Cadres

文章以SCL-90为测量工具,以乡镇副科级干部为调查对象,通过对286份有效调查问卷的分析,结果显示,乡镇副科级干部心理健康状况总体上不佳;上世纪60代出生者心理健康状况总体上优于70代出生者;女干部心理健康状况略优于男干部;自感婚姻状况与干部心理健康存在较高的正相关。在分析讨论以上结论的基础上,就增进与维护乡镇副科级干部的心理健康,文章提出了普及心理健康教育,增强维护心理健康的意识与能力;加强组织关怀与沟通;维护家庭和谐,强化社会支持系统;丰富其精神文化生活等四条建议。

This paper takes SCL-90 as the measuring tool, with the township deputy section level cadres as investigation object, of the 286 valid questionnaire analysis, the results show, their mental health status is poor; The 60 generation of mental health is better than the 70 generation;Female cadres＇ mental health is better than that of male cadres;Their mental health and self-sensation marital status are of high positive correlation. On the basis of above conclusion, after the analysis and discussion, in order to promote and maintaint the township deputy section level cadres＇ mental health, this paper puts forward following proposals： Popularized psychological health education, enhance their mental health consciousness and ability; Strengthen the care and communication from their organization; Maintaining family harmony and strengthen their social support system;Enrich their sports and entertainment and cultural life.
