当代中国农村土地制度演变的实证研究——以皖西北太和县为考察对象

Rural Land System Evolution’s Empirical Research of Contemporary China——Take Taihe County in Northwest of Anhui as a Exploratory Object

农村土地是农业最基本的生产资料,也是农民最基本的生活保障。农村土地制度是在经济运行过程中所发生的土地经济关系总和,其核心表现在农民对农村土地所有权、使用权、收益权和处置权的产权安排上。文章以皖西北太和县为考察对象,对该县建国60年来农村土地制度的演变进行了多层次、多面向的研究,试图以此为基础加深对当前整个中国农村土地制度实际状况的认识,并在农村土地制度创新模式上进行了有所裨益的尝试。

The rural land is the most basic production material of agriculture, is also the most basic life safeguard of farmers. The rural land system comprises sum total land economic relationships in the process of economic operation, and its core displays in the farmers＇ rural land ownership, using right, usufruct and the disposition＇ s arrangement of property rights. This paper takes Taihe County in northwest of Anhui as a exploratory object and makes a multi-level and oriented study on Taihe Country＇ s rural land system evaluative situation after liberation, trying to deepen our understanding of the whole China＇ s current actual situation of the rural land system and conducting somewhat beneficial attempt on the rural land system innovative modes.
