摘要
针对国内应用于桩工行业SMW施工工法的三轴连续墙钻孔机,其电机驱动的动力头具有一定的缺点和局限性,本文提出了一套液压驱动动力头的设计方案,该方案提高了钻孔稳定性,同时有利于三轴连续墙钻孔机向大扭矩、大功率方向发展。
For domestic applications in the piling industry three-axis continuous wall of SMW construction method of drilling machines, its motor drive power head has certain shortcomings and limitations, this paper proposes a set of hydraulic drive power head design, which impruves stability of drilling, while conducive to continuous wall of three-axis drilling machine development toward the high torque and high power.
