摘要
目前大中排量的摩托车通常采用前盘后鼓式制动配置方式。依据标准规定,装有盘式制动器的车辆需模拟雨雪天气检验其水稳定性。该装置借助摩托车的前叉即可实现牢固安装,同时可以实现六个自由度的调整,克服了目前存在安装困难、操作时间长、调整繁琐、工作效率低等问题。经过试验论证,改进后的淋水装置不仅完全满足标准要求,而且水流量控制稳定,电机功耗低,适用于野外试验作业,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
At present, the motorcycle of major and medium volume usually adopts collocation method that the disc brake in front wheel and drum brake in rear wheel . Based on the standard requirement,the vehicles with disc brake system should simulate rainy or snowy day ,in order to test its water stability. This equipment realizes the reliable installment with the help of the front fork of motorcy- cle, simuhaneously can realize the adjustments of six degrees of freedom. It overcomes some issues, such as installment difficuhy, time- consmrfing operating, tedious adjustment, low working efficiency and so on. Through the demonstratian of the experiment, the spray e- quipment after improvement not only completely meets the standard , but also the discharge of water control is stable, the electrical ma- chinery power loss is low, and is suitable for the fieht test work, which has promotion and application value.
