利用鸡蛋壳制备过氧化钙的工艺研究

Study on Preparation of Calcium Peroxide from Egg Shells

以鸡蛋壳为钙源,制备过氧化钙,并考察了反应时间,蛋壳灰分的用量以及稳定剂(双氧水)的用量等因素对产物产率的影响。由实验结果得出最佳条件为反应时间20 min,稳定剂用量为21 mL,蛋壳灰份用量为2.0 g,其产率最高。最高产率为78.1%。

It is reported the result of using egg shells as calcium source to produce Calcium Peroxide .The fluence on yield degree from time of reaction,consumption of egg sheels and consumption of stabilizer are discussed. The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for the reaction time of 20 min, amount of stabilizer for 21 mL, eggshell ash dosage is 2.0 g.The highest yield is 78.1%.
